For others it is almost beside the point. Either way, you want a real plan for your real life, not a template.

Why I care about this
A few years ago I was seventy pounds overweight. Then I got a cancer diagnosis. I chose a path that did not include chemotherapy, radiation, or traditional cancer drugs, and I rebuilt my body through food, sleep, movement, rest, and the right support. My health came back.
The building blocks turned out to be mostly the same whether you are trying to lose weight, recover from something hard, or just feel like yourself again. I am not a doctor and I do not treat disease. Anything medical stays between you and your physician. I help you with the rest.

I will share my own experience, what I have personally used, what I have read, and what I have learned the hard way. This is my story and my own reading, not a prescription and not a protocol. What you actually put in your body is a conversation between you and your physician.

I will teach you how to use modern AI tools to log, analyze, and actually remember everything in your health journey. Food, labs, workouts, symptoms, sleep, notes from doctor visits. One place, searchable, useful, yours.
How it works
- Application. A short form so I can understand where you are before we talk. No cost, no commitment.
- Intake call. A quick fit call to see if this is right for both of us. Short and honest.
- Twelve weeks. Weekly video or phone calls, plus text me anytime between calls, and a shared plan that adapts as we learn.
- Graduation or extension. At week 12 we decide together whether to continue, extend with a lighter cadence, or wrap up.
What this is not
This is not a template program. There is no app that tells you what to eat. There is no meal plan downloaded from a PDF. There is no bootcamp. There is no shame. There is no mystery supplement. If you want a shortcut, this is not it. If you want a partner, it is.
FAQ
How much does coaching cost?
$500 per month. That covers weekly one-on-one calls, text-anytime access between calls, and the full personalized plan. No lock-in contract: month to month, cancel any time.
Is this medical care?
No. Doman Health coaching is health guidance, not medical diagnosis or treatment. It complements (never replaces) your relationship with your physician. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take prescription medication, we work alongside your doctor, not around them.
Who is this for?
Adults who want to be the best version of themselves. That looks different for everyone. Meaningful weight to lose. Chronic low energy. Bad sleep. A sense that you are aging faster than you should be. A feeling that the usual playbook is not working. If you have tried everything, read everything, and still feel stuck, you are the person this was built for.
How long does coaching last?
The default engagement is 12 weeks. Long enough to make meaningful, measurable change. Short enough to hold both of us accountable. Many clients extend. Many graduate. Both are good outcomes.
What is the time commitment?
One 45 to 60 minute call per week, plus you can text me anytime in between. Expect another 15 to 30 minutes a day applying what we build together. Sustainable beats heroic.
Do I need a CGM or lab work to start?
No. Not required. Some people find a CGM or baseline bloodwork useful for seeing their own patterns more clearly. Whether to add one is a decision between you and your physician, not something I direct.
