Doman Growth ("we," "us," or "our") operates domangrowth.com and its sub-brands (Doman AI, Doman Health, Doman Wealth). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website and services.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

  • Contact information: name, email address, phone number when you submit forms, applications, or purchase services.
  • Application data: business details, role, industry, goals, and other information submitted through our application form.
  • Doman Health information: if you request a consult, apply for coaching, complete an intake, or check in with us, you may share health information such as your weight, goals, sleep, labs, medications, and how you feel. See Section 5.
  • Payment information: Doman AI purchases are processed by Stripe, and Doman Health consults are paid through Venmo. We do not store card numbers or bank details on our servers.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Analytics data: we may use analytics tools to understand how visitors use our site. Some pages use Google Analytics (GA4) and Google's advertising measurement tag, which can collect pages visited, time on site, referral source, device type, and approximate location. Not every page loads them.
  • Cookies: pages that use analytics may set cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

Information from Third-Party Services

When you authorize us to access third-party services on your behalf (such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Google Search Console), we access only the data you explicitly authorize. See Section 6 for details on Google API data.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To deliver services you've purchased (AI Visibility Reports, AI Strategy Sessions, consulting engagements)
  • To review applications and determine fit for our services
  • To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form
  • To improve our website and services
  • To coach Doman Health clients and to prepare for and run consults
  • To send service-related communications, such as confirmations and booking links
  • To send articles and announcements, only if you opted in
  • To comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers: these providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies:
    • Vercel: website hosting.
    • Supabase: the database where we store records you submit to us.
    • Resend: sending our emails, including confirmations and, if you opt in, articles and announcements.
    • Venmo: payment for Doman Health consults.
    • Stripe: payment for Doman AI purchases.
    • FormSubmit: delivering messages sent through our contact form.
    • Google Calendar: scheduling, when you book a time with us.
    • Google Analytics: website analytics on some pages.
  • Legal requirements: if required by law, subpoena, or legal process.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption, secure hosting, and limited access to personal data. Card payments for Doman AI purchases are handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant, and Doman Health consult payments are handled by Venmo. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Doman Health: Health Information, Photos, and Messages

Doman Health is health education and coaching, not medical care. Because what you share there is personal, here is how we handle it.

Health information

When you request a consult, apply for coaching, complete an intake, or check in, you may tell us things like your weight, goals, sleep, labs, medications, and supplements. We use that information only to prepare for and deliver your coaching, and we never sell it. It is stored and moved only by the service providers listed in Section 3, and we disclose it otherwise only if the law requires. Share only what you are comfortable sharing. You can leave anything out.

Photos and testimonials

We use progress photos, before-and-after photos, and client testimonials only with your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing laird@domangrowth.com, and we will take them down.

Email and text messages

We send you messages about your request, such as a confirmation or your booking link. We send articles and announcements by email only if you opt in, and we send text messages only if you have agreed to them. You can opt out at any time: reply STOP to a text, or use the unsubscribe link in an email or reply to it with "unsubscribe."

Asking us to delete your data

You can ask us to delete the health information, photos, and other personal data we hold about you at any time. Email laird@domangrowth.com from the address you used with us. We will delete it, except for records we are required by law to keep, such as payment records, and we will confirm when it is done.

6. Google API Services — User Data Policy

Doman Growth's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What Google Data We Access

When you connect your Google account to our services (such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Google Search Console), we access only the data you explicitly authorize during the OAuth consent process. This may include:

  • Google Ads account performance data (campaigns, ad groups, keywords, metrics)
  • Google Analytics website traffic and audience data
  • Google Search Console search performance data

How We Use Google Data

  • To provide the specific services you've engaged us for (AI Visibility Reports, advertising management, SEO auditing, strategy consulting)
  • To generate reports and recommendations for your business
  • To optimize your advertising campaigns when authorized to do so

What We Do NOT Do with Google Data

  • We do not sell your Google data to third parties
  • We do not use your Google data for advertising or remarketing purposes unrelated to your engagement
  • We do not share your Google data with third parties except as necessary to provide the services you've requested
  • We do not use your Google data to build user profiles for purposes unrelated to the services you've engaged

Limited Use Disclosure

Our use of Google API data is limited to providing and improving the services you've requested. We comply with Google's Limited Use requirements, which means:

  • We only use Google data for the purposes described in this policy and as authorized by you
  • We do not transfer Google data to others except as necessary to provide our services, as required by law, or with your explicit consent
  • We do not use Google data for serving advertisements
  • Human access to Google data is limited to what is necessary to provide our services, investigate security issues, or comply with legal obligations

Revoking Access

You can revoke Doman Growth's access to your Google account data at any time by visiting your Google Account permissions page and removing our application. You can also contact us at laird@domangrowth.com to request that we delete any Google data we have stored.

7. Your Rights

  • Access: you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: you can request that we correct inaccurate information.
  • Deletion: you can request that we delete your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • Revocation: you can revoke third-party data access at any time (see Section 6).

8. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

9. Children's Privacy

Doman Health consults and coaching are for adults 18 and older, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 for them. Our other services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
