These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of domangrowth.com and all services provided by Doman Growth, including its sub-brands Doman AI, Doman Health, and Doman Wealth (collectively, "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Doman Growth provides the following services:

Doman AI

  • AI Visibility Reports ($99): A founder-reviewed analysis of how AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) describe and recommend your business, including a visibility score, competitor comparison, and prioritized improvement roadmap. Delivered within one business day.
  • AI Strategy Sessions ($999): A 90-minute one-on-one strategy session with Laird Doman, including a free AI Visibility Report ($199 value), custom AI starter roadmap, "Too Many Hats" audit, and a 2-week follow-up call. Available in-person in Northern Utah or virtual nationwide.
  • AI Consulting & Implementation: Custom-scoped engagements for AI tool setup, automation, workflow development, and ongoing support. Pricing provided via custom quote.
  • Google Ads Management: AI-powered Google Ads campaign management, optimization, and reporting for authorized client accounts.
  • SEO Auditing: Analysis of website search performance, including AI search visibility, structured data, and content optimization recommendations.

Doman Health

  • Individualized health guidance and coaching for adults. This is not medical advice. For medical concerns, consult a licensed healthcare professional.

Doman Wealth

  • Individualized wealth guidance and strategic thinking. This is not licensed financial advice, investment management, or fiduciary services. For specific investment or tax advice, consult a licensed financial professional.

2. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

  • Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change.
  • Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Custom consulting engagements may be invoiced separately with agreed payment terms.

3. Delivery

  • AI Visibility Reports: delivered within one business day of receiving your completed intake form.
  • AI Strategy Sessions: scheduled within 2-4 weeks of purchase, subject to availability.
  • Custom engagements: timelines agreed upon in the scope of work.

4. Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with a delivered service, contact us at laird@domangrowth.com and we will work to make it right. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Digital reports that have been delivered are generally non-refundable, but we stand behind our work.

5. Google Ads & API Services

When you authorize Doman Growth to manage your Google Ads account or access Google API data on your behalf:

  • You grant us permission to access, view, and modify your Google Ads account as necessary to provide the services you've engaged.
  • You remain the owner of your Google Ads account and all associated data.
  • You can revoke our access at any time through your Google Account permissions.
  • Our use of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Reports, roadmaps, and deliverables created for you are for your use only. You may share them internally within your organization.
  • We retain ownership of our methodologies, frameworks, templates, and tools.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share our deliverables without written permission.
  • The Doman Growth name, logos, and brand marks are our intellectual property.

7. Disclaimers

  • No guarantees: We do not guarantee specific results from our services. AI platforms change frequently, and visibility, rankings, and performance are influenced by many factors outside our control.
  • Not medical advice: Doman Health provides health guidance and coaching, not medical diagnoses or treatment plans.
  • Not financial advice: Doman Wealth provides wealth guidance and strategic thinking, not licensed financial advice or investment management.
  • Third-party platforms: We are not responsible for changes to Google Ads, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or any other third-party platform that may affect your results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doman Growth's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information, including data accessed through Google APIs.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Weber County, Utah.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
