Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Google API Services — User Data Policy

Doman Growth's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What Google Data We Access

When you connect your Google account to our services (such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Google Search Console), we access only the data you explicitly authorize during the OAuth consent process. This may include:

  • Google Ads account performance data (campaigns, ad groups, keywords, metrics)
  • Google Analytics website traffic and audience data
  • Google Search Console search performance data

How We Use Google Data

  • To provide the specific services you've engaged us for (AI Visibility Reports, advertising management, SEO auditing, strategy consulting)

What We Do NOT Do with Google Data

  • We do not sell your Google data to third parties
  • We do not use your Google data for advertising or remarketing purposes unrelated to your engagement

  • We do not use your Google data to build user profiles for purposes unrelated to the services you've engaged

Limited Use Disclosure

Our use of Google API data is limited to providing and improving the services you've requested. We comply with Google's Limited Use requirements, which means:

  • We only use Google data for the purposes described in this policy and as authorized by you
  • We do not transfer Google data to others except as necessary to provide our services, as required by law, or with your explicit consent
  • We do not use Google data for serving advertisements
  • Human access to Google data is limited to what is necessary to provide our services, investigate security issues, or comply with legal obligations

Revoking Access

You can revoke Doman Growth's access to your Google account data at any time by visiting your Google Account permissions page and removing our application. You can also contact us at laird@domangrowth.com to request that we delete any Google data we have stored.
